Eco-Designed Habitat
Within Modules, traditional building materials are discarded in favor of repurposed shipping containers. These containers are transformed into self-sufficient units boasting solar panels, solar water heaters, and water recovery systems.

50% of the land we own is protected from all human activity till kingdom come because we believe that this is the only way to protect biodiversity. On top of that, common areas and facilities are centralized to limit useless amenities.
